У методичних рекомендаціях викладено підходи до надання корекційно-педагогічної допомоги дітям з особливими освітніми потребами в умовах інклюзивного навчання. Обстоюється необхідність збереження вітчизняних засад освіти і розвитку дітей цієї категорії шляхом поєднання спеціального й інклюзивного навчання. З цих позицій розглядається оцінка розвитку дітей в інклюзивно-ресурсному центрі як показання для оптимальних умов їхнього навчання. Розглядається оцінювання освітніх потреб дітей з мовленнєвими порушеннями з позицій Міжнародної класифікації функціонування, обмеження життєдіяльності та здоров’я (МКФ). Представлена програма формування комунікативної діяльності дітей з порушенням інтелектуального розвитку помірного ступеня як важливої умови їхньої соціально-побутової адаптації. Методичні рекомендації можуть становити інтерес для практичних психологів, педагогів, студентства відповідної спеціалізації та усіх тих, хто дотичні до проблеми впровадження інклюзивного навчання в Україні. The methodological recommendations set out approaches to the provision of correctional and pedagogical assistance to children with special educational needs in the context of inclusive education. There is a need to preserve the national principles of education and development of children in this category through a combination of special and inclusive education. From these positions, the assessment of children's development in the inclusive resource center is considered as an indication for optimal conditions for their learning. The assessment of the educational needs of children with speech disorders from the standpoint of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF) is considered. The program of formation of communicative activity of children with intellectual impairment of moderate degree as an important condition of their social and household adaptation is presented. Methodical recommendations may be of interest to practical psychologists, teachers, students of the relevant specialization and all those involved in the implementation of inclusive education in Ukraine. |
