У статті представлено результати емпіричного дослідження особливостей прояву ставлення керівників закладів професійно-технічної освіти до інших людей у процесі комунікації зі споживачами освітніх послуг. Встановлено диференційоване ставлення до оточуючих в залежності від суб’єктивних, ситуативних чинників. Детальний аналіз окремих показників методики дозволив уточнити особливості ставлення управлінців до інших людей, які специфічним чином позначаються на їх комунікації зі споживачами освітніх послуг. Проведене емпіричне дослідження дозволило констатувати недостатній рівень позитивного ставлення значної частини керівників до інших людей. Тому виникла необхідність зміни ставлення керівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти до інших людей, яку доцільно розглядати в річищі проблеми особистісного зростання управлінців. Актуалізовано необхідність розвитку у керівників закладів професійно-технічної освіти позитивного ставлення до споживачів освітніх послуг у процесі комунікації та взаємодії. Констатовано доцільність розробки та апробації спеціально організованого психологічного навчання в умовах післядипломної освіти, що сприятиме розвитку особистісного зростання керівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти у контексті зміни ставлення до інших людей на позитивно-активне. Також підкреслено необхідність розробки та апробації відповідного психологічного супроводу управлінської діяльності в умовах післядипломної освіти. Окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень програми особистісного зростання керівників закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти у контексті зміни ставлення до інших людей на позитивно-активне.
The article presents the results of an empirical study of the peculiarities of the attitude of the heads of vocational education institutions to other people in the process of communication with consumers of educational services. There is a differentiated attitude to others depending on subjective, situational factors. A detailed analysis of individual indicators of the methodology allowed to clarify the peculiarities of the attitude of managers to other people, which specifically affect their communication with consumers of educational services. The conducted empirical research allowed to state the insufficient level of positive attitude of a significant part of managers to other people. Therefore, there is a need to change the attitude of heads of vocational (vocational) education to other people, which should be considered in the context of the problem of personal growth of managers. The need to develop a positive attitude towards consumers of educational services in the process of communication and interaction among the heads of vocational education institutions has been actualized. The expediency of development and approbation of specially organized psychological training in the conditions of postgraduate education, which will promote the development of personal growth of heads of vocational (technical) education in the context of changing attitudes towards other people to positive and active. The need to develop and test the appropriate psychological support of management in postgraduate education is also emphasized. Prospects for further research on the program of personal growth of heads of vocational (technical) education in the context of changing attitudes toward other people to positive and active. |
