Статтю присвячено теоретичній розвідці наукової проблеми педагогічної культури вчителя. Проаналізовано зміст дефініції педагогічна культура, компоненти педагогічної культури, виокремлено основні системні особливі характеристики розвитку педагогічної культури, серед яких структурованість, єдність, взаємодія, взаємозалежність та різноаспектність. Наведені компоненти педагогічної культури, як то: культура мовлення, володіння педагогічними техніками, педагогічна майстерність, педагогічна імпровізація, перцептивні та сугестивні здібності, педагогічний оптимізм, врівноваженість та вимогливість. Систематизовано наукові погляди щодо аспектів дослідження проблеми педагогічної культури, науковцями: соціально-педагогічний, соціально-історичний та психолого-педагогічний. Зазначено що концептуальні зміни у педагогічній культурі вчителя пов’язані із змінами розуміння змісту, форм і напрямів сучасної освіти. Педагогічна культура вчителя виявляється у шляхах самореалізації, самоствердження і саморозвитку вчителя, вироблення особистісних, авторських норм професійної діяльності для ефективного здійснення педагогічної діяльності. Доведено, що поняття педагогічної культури вчителя має виражений системний характер та відображено взаємозв’язок між поняттям педагогічна компетентність та педагогічна культура.Наведенийвзаємозв’язок між компетентнісними засадами професійної діяльності педагога та рівнем його педагогічної культури що застосовується в європейській системі освіти та зафіксований в Концепції нової української школи в межах реалізації цілей Болонського процесу. Встановлені, складові педагогічної культури вчителя: система знань, здатність до емоційно-ціннісних оцінок, власна рефлексія, особистісне та професійне зростання протягом життя. The article is devoted to the theoretical investigation of the scientific problem of pedagogical culture the teacher. The content of the definition of pedagogical culture, components of pedagogical culture are analyzed, the main system special characteristics of pedagogical culture development are singled out, among which structure, unity, interaction, interdependence and multifacetedness. The components of pedagogical culture are given, such as: speech culture, mastery of pedagogical techniques, pedagogical skills, pedagogical improvisation, perceptual and suggestive abilities, pedagogical optimism, balance and demanding. Scientific views on aspects of research of the problem of pedagogical culture are systematized by scientists: socio-pedagogical, socio-historical and psychological-pedagogical. It is noted that the conceptual changes in the pedagogical culture of teachers are associated with changes in understanding the content, forms and directions of modern education. The pedagogical culture of the teacher is manifested in the ways of self-realization, self-affirmation and self-development of the teacher, the development of personal, authorial norms of professional activity for the effective implementation of pedagogical activities. It is proved that the concept of pedagogical culture of a teacher has a pronounced systemic character and reflects the relationship between the concept of pedagogical competence and pedagogical culture. The relationship between the competencies of the professional activity of a teacher and the level of the pedagogical culture used in the European education system and fixed in the Concept of the new Ukrainian school within the implementation of the goals of the Bologna process. Established components of the pedagogical culture of the teacher: the system of knowledge, the ability to emotional and value assessments, self-reflection, personal and professional growth throughout life. |
