У статті висвітлено результати констатувального етапу дослідження проблеми підготовки учнів гімназії до навчання впродовж життя в умовах сучасного освітнього середовища гімназії. Зокрема, підготовка учнів до навчання впродовж життя розглядається як чинник, що впливає на якість освітнього процесу та якість розвитку учнів в процесі формування у них готовності до життя в ХХІ столітті. Описано основні компоненти освітнього середовища гімназії як інтегрованої системи (організація освітнього процесу; зміст гімназійної освіти; вчитель з інноваційним мисленням; соціокультурне середовище гімназії), що комплексно забезпечують особистісний розвиток, навчання, виховання та соціалізацію учнів гімназії відповідно до Концепції нової української школи.
The article highlights the results of the ascertaining stage of the study of the problem of preparing high school students for lifelong learning in the modern educational environment of the high school. In particular, the preparation of students for lifelong learning is seen as a factor influencing the quality of the educational process and the quality of students' development in the process of forming their readiness for life in the XXI century. The main components of the gymnasium educational environment as an integrated system (organization of the educational process; content of gymnasium education; teacher with innovative thinking; sociocultural environment of the gymnasium) are described, which comprehensively provide personal development, training, education and socialization of gymnasium students. |
