У роботі представлено частину результатів дослідження 2021 року щодо виявлення громадської думки педагогічних працівників закладів загальної середньої освіти щодо проблем і викликів, що виникають під час здійснення дистанційного та змішаного навчання в умовах карантину. Аналіз відповідей респондентів дозволив визначити 10 основних проблем та викликів під час організації та впровадження на практиці дистанційного навчання: недостатнє матеріально-технічне забезпечення учнів; відсутність якісного інтернету; брак часу через збільшення навантаження для вчителя; недостатній рівень матеріально-технічного забезпечення закладів освіти; низький рівень самоорганізованості та мотивації учнів; відсутність підтримки з боку батьків; недостатній рівень цифрової компетентності вчителів; труднощі з дистанційним навчанням учнів початкової школи; психологічні труднощі під час дистанційного навчання; зниження рівня якості надання освітніх послуг.
The paper presents some of the results of the 2021 survey to identify public opinion of teachers of general secondary education on the problems and challenges that arise during the implementation of distance and blended learning in quarantine. The analysis of the respondents' answers allowed to identify 10 main problems and challenges during the organization and implementation of distance learning in practice: insufficient material and technical support of students; lack of quality internet; lack of time due to increased workload for teachers; insufficient level of material and technical support of educational institutions; low level of self-organization and motivation of students; lack of parental support; insufficient level of digital competence of teachers; difficulties with distance learning of primary school students; psychological difficulties during distance learning; reducing the quality of educational services. |
