У тезах проаналізовані інноваційні методи оцінки якості підготовки молодших спеціалістів у будівельних коледжах. У роботі підкреслено, що удосконалення системи контролю не повинно означати ні корінної руйнації традиційної системи контролю, що склалася у вітчизняних навчальних закладах, ні механічного копіювання елементів західної системи освіти. Від нового потрібно брати лише найкраще та найраціональніше, ретельно аналізуючи його переваги і недоліки й адаптуючи нововведення до наших освітніх традицій. Якщо інноваційні технології будуть інтегровані в навчальний процес і між собою, еволюційним шляхом витісняючи застарілі й неефективні методи контролю, то, на нашу думку, вдасться виробити оптимальний підхід до організації контролю з урахуванням специфіки вітчизняної системи освіти.
The theses analyze innovative methods of assessing the quality of training of junior specialists in construction colleges. The paper emphasizes that the improvement of the control system should not mean either the radical destruction of the traditional control system that has developed in domestic schools, or mechanical copying of elements of the Western education system. We need to take only the best and most rational from the new, carefully analyzing its advantages and disadvantages and adapting innovations to our educational traditions. If innovative technologies are integrated into the educational process and among themselves, evolutionarily displacing outdated and ineffective methods of control, then, in our opinion, it will be possible to develop an optimal approach to the organization of control taking into account the specifics of the domestic education system. |
