У статті на основі експериментально визначених факторів визначаються та теоретично обґрунтовуються педагогічні умови розвитку творчого потенціалу майбутніх механіків з обслуговування та ремонту автомобілів і двигунів: цілеспрямоване формування потреб студентів у творчій технічній діяльності; застосування проблемно-розвивальних технологій навчання у підготовці студентів автотранспортних коледжів; створення продуктивного інформаційно-освітнього середовища для розвитку творчого потенціалу студентів у автотранспортному коледжі; застосування додаткових форм розвитку творчого потенціалу студентів в автотранспортному коледжі (спецкурси. факультативи, гуртки, клуби, олімпіади тощо).
In the article on the basis of experimentally determined factors the pedagogical conditions of development of creative potential of future mechanics on service and repair of cars and engines are defined and theoretically substantiated: purposeful formation of needs of students in creative technical activity; application of problem-development technologies of education in preparation of students of motor transport colleges; creation of a productive information and educational environment for the development of creative potential of students in the College of Motor Transport; application of additional forms of development of creative potential of students in motor transport college (special courses, electives, circles, clubs, olympiads, etc.). |
