В статті йдеться про особливості і перспективи дистанційного консультування в період пандемії COVID-19, коли зростає потреба громадян в психологічній допомозі, яку можна здійснювати у спосіб, безпечний для здоров’я як клієнтів, так і психологів-консультантів. Обговорюються особливості, ознаки і умови дистанційного консультування через текстові засоби масової комунікації та Інтернет. Представлені результати емпіричного дослідження вибору громадян тих або інших джерел інформації, рівня довіри до цієї інформації, до осередків отримання консультативної допомоги, до себе як до читачів медіатекстів. Акцентується увага на діалогічному спілкуванні психолога з клієнтом через буквений текст як основу текстового консультування. Означені перспективи покращення дистанційної консультативної допомоги. The article describes the features and prospects of distance consultations of the interested citizens in terms of the COVID-19 pandemic, when the anxiety and the necessity in psychological support are growing in a way that is safe for the health of the both clients and counseling psychologists. Features, signs and conditions of distance consultations through the means of text media and the Internet are discussed in the article. There are presented the results of empirical study of the citizens’ choice of certain informational sources, the level of trust as for this information, the centers of counseling and as for the readers of media texts. It is emphasized on the psychologist's dialogic communication with the client in written text as a basis for consultation. Prospects for improving distance consultations are identified. |
