У сучасному цифровому суспільстві актуалізується потреба в оновленні стандартів професійної підготовки техніків-програмістів у коледжах. Для формування готовності до професійної діяльності майбутніх техніків-програмістів істотним стає не стільки стан розвитку ІТ-сфери виробництва та рівень професійних знань, скільки сформована в особистості система цінностей і світогляду, здатність накопичувати та розвивати знання, формувати ключові компетентності сучасного техніка-програміста, реалізовувати інновації, створювати конкурентні переваги. Нова якість освіти та професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців безпосередньо пов‘язана з проблемою формування й розвитку у вищій технічній школі гуманітарної підготовки та інтегрованих знань, умінь і навичок майбутніх фахівців на основі міждисциплінарних зв‘язків суспільно-гуманітарних, природничих і технічних циклів дисциплін та їх практичного застосування в майбутній професійній діяльності.
In today's digital society, the need to update the standards of professional training of software technicians in colleges is emerging. For the formation of readiness for professional activity of future technicians-programmers it is important not so much the state of development of IT production and the level of professional knowledge, as formed in the individual system of values and worldview, ability to accumulate and develop knowledge, form key competencies of modern technician-programmer,implement innovations, create competitive advantages. The new quality of education and training of future specialists is directly related to the problem of formation and development in higher technical school of humanitarian training and integrated knowledge, skills and abilities of future specialists on the basis of interdisciplinary links of social-humanitarian, natural and technical cycles of disciplines and their practical application in future professional activity. |
