В статті обґрунтовано сутність поняття самовдосконалення, як ключового аспекту в досягненні найвищого рівня професійного та особистісного зростання та проведено порівняльний аналіз дефініцій «саморозвиток» і «самовдосконалення». Здійснено аналіз наукових поглядів на суть основних дефініцій дослідження, зокрема «професійний саморозвиток» та «професійне самовдосконалення майбутніх техніків-програмістів» і, що найважливіше, визначено компоненти теоретичної моделі формування готовності до фахового самовдосконалення майбутніх техніків-програмістів, та їх зміст.
The article substantiates the essence of the concept of self-improvement as a key aspect in achieving the highest level of professional and personal growth and comparative analysis of the definitions of "self-development" and "self-improvement". The analysis of scientific views on the essence of the main definitions of the study, in particular "professional self-development" and "professional self-improvement of future programmers" and, most importantly, identified the components of the theoretical model of readiness for professional self-improvement of future programmers and their content. |
