Аналізуються поняття «цифрова компетентність», «цифрове споживання» та умови, що стали вирішальними факторами для всебічного розвитку цифрової компетентності. Розглядаються питання, пов’язані з цифровими компетенціями студентів та організацією освіти в постіндустріальному суспільстві. Розглядається роль цифрової освіти в процесах трансформації економіки країни та формування єдиного цифрового простору. Визначаються цілі та задачі учасників освітнього процесу при реформуванні освіти. У статті розкрито значення цифрових технологій для організації спільної діяльності педагога та учнів. Охарактеризовано можливості використання сучасних освітніх інструментів для підвищення рівня цифрової компетентності педагога.
Such concepts as «digital competence», «digital consumption» are being analyzed in the article. The conditions that have become decisive factors for comprehensive development of digital competence are also analyzed. Issues related to students' digital competencies and the organization of education in a post-industrial society are being addressed. The role of digital education in the processes of a country's economy transformation and the formation of a single digital space is being considered. The goals and objectives of educational process participants under reforming education are being determined. The article reveals the importance of digital technologies for the organization of joint activities of an educator and students. The possibilities of using modem educational tools to increase educator's level of digital competence are are being characterised. In the current conditions an educator is obliged to constantly develop and improve informational and communicational competence by introduction of digital tools of educational activities; to promote the acquisition of students' skills of critical perception of information, to learn to identify inaccurate information, to distinguish facts from judgments, to protect themselves from information pressure dangers, to use media opportunities, to carry out systematic work on media literacy. |
