У методичному посібнику висвітлено основні аспекти професійного навчання кваліфікованих робітників: обгрунтовано цілі, запропоновнао критерії відбору та структурування змісту, представлено опис форм, методів і прийомів навчання. У структурі посібника містяться розділи, присвячені інноваційним педагогічним технологіям, що можуть бути успішно реалізовані у процесі підготовки кваліфікованих робітників, методам контролю навчальних досягнень учнів ЗП(ПТ)О, застосуванню елементів дистанційного навчання. Подано загальну інформацію щодо навчально-методичного забезпечення планування професійного навчання кваліфікованих робітників. Методичний посібник адресовано керівникам і педагогам професійної освіти, аспірантам і докторантам, методистам науково (навчально)-методичних центрів (кабінетів) професійно-технічної освіти.
The manual covers the main aspects of vocational training of skilled workers: substantiates the objectives, proposed criteria for selection and structuring of content, presents a description of forms, methods and techniques of training. The structure of the manual contains sections on innovative pedagogical technologies that can be successfully implemented in the process of training skilled workers, methods of monitoring the educational achievements of students ZP (PT) O, the use of elements of distance learning. The general information on educational and methodical maintenance of planning of professional training of skilled workers is given. The methodical manual is addressed to heads and teachers of vocational education, postgraduate students and doctoral students, methodologists of scientific (educational)-methodical centers (offices) of vocational education. |
