У контексті реалізації права громадян на освіту розглядається нормативно-правове забезпечення однієї з форм навчання в системі загальної середньої освіти взагалі та початкової школи зокрема, а саме – індивідуального навчання. Згідно із заявленими хронологічними межами, які співпадають із періодом першого десятиліття незалежності України, головна увага зосереджується на Тимчасовому положенні про індивідуальне навчання в системі загальної середньої освіти (1992) та Положенні про індивідуальне навчання в системі загальної середньої освіти (1993).
In the context of the realization of the right of citizens to education, the legal support of one of the forms of education in the system of general secondary education in general and primary school in particular, namely, individual education, is considered. According to the stated chronological boundaries, which coincide with the period of the first decade of Ukraine's independence, the main focus is on the Provisional Regulations on Individual Education in General Secondary Education (1992) and the Regulations on Individual Education in General Secondary Education (1993). |
