Фінансове забезпечення освіти є основною умовою забезпечення якості освітніх послуг, підтримки конкурентоспроможності навчальних закладів не лише в межах держави, а й на світовому ринку. Необхідно враховувати зарубіжний досвід як у питанні децентралізації фінансового забезпечення, так і у визначенні чіткої формули фінансування, яка б була сформована на елементах прозорості і доступності. Financial support of education is the main condition for ensuring the quality of educational services, maintaining competitiveness educational institutions not only within the state, but also on the world market. It is necessary to take into account foreign experience both in the issue of decentralization of financial security and in the definition of a clear funding formula, which would be formed on the elements of transparency and accessibility. |
