У статті акцентовано увагу на сутнісній специфіці понять «управління» та «лідерство», окреслено управлінські і лідерські здібності, їх спільні та відмінні концепти. На основі функційно-діяльнісного і структурно-психологічного критеріїв розглянуто управлінські здібності молодших школярів. Охарактеризовано лідерські здібності учнів початкової школи. Визначено структуру управлінсько-лідерських здібностей молодших школярів, до яких віднесено здатність генерувати нові ідеї та запалювати ними інших, вміння спілкуватися, працювати в команді, здійснювати організацію, керівництво та координацію діяльності, перевірку та самоперевірку, уміння роботи з текстовою інформацією, наявність відповідних рис характеру та якостей особистості.
В статье акцентировано внимание на сущностной специфике понятий «управление» и «лидерство», определены управленческие и лидерские способности, их общие и отличительные концепты. На основе функционально-деятельностного и структурно-психологического критериев рассмотрены управленческие способности младших школьников. Охарактеризованы лидерские способности учащихся начальной школы. Определена структура управленческо-лидерских способностей младших школьников, к которым отнесены способность генерировать новые идеи и зажигать ими других, умение общаться, работать в команде, осуществлять организацию, руководство и координацию деятельности, проверку и самопроверку, умения работы с текстовой информацией, наличие соответствующих черт характера и качеств личности. In the article readers attention is focused on the concept interpretation of words "management" and "leadership"; on their subject matter and differences. Management is determined as systemarrangement; a function of highly organized forms of life, society, industrial and mechanical area which ensures their structural integrity, life-sustaining activity that is aimed on their dynamic development, the object impact for its change in the future; specific form of information accumulation and use.The concept of "leadership" is interpreted as the impact on groups of people, the type of management interaction that encourages them to achieve the goal; interpersonal interactions that is carried out through the communication process. On the basis of the concepts analysis of "leadership" and "management" there were outlined the subject matter of management and leadership abilities. Managerial skills of younger pupils are allocated according to their management functions (planning, organization, management and control) in the light of their personal activity measurement (related to the particular system organization and management), staff (which involves people management, interpersonal interaction organization), industrial and technological (directly related to the organization of the technological process).Typology managerial skills is grounded on the basis of mutually complemented using of functional, activity, structural and psychological criteria. The leadership abilities of elementary school students consist such aspects: the ability quickly and accurately to determine the best course of action, to lead the others by chosen way, to establish partnership cooperation, to work in a team, to be able to take responsibility for achieving goals overcoming challenges and so on. However there are important qualities such as credibility, activity, dominance, confidence, exactingness, tolerance, to beinitiative, creativity, communicativeness, balance and stress resistance, reliability, perseverance, fairness, honesty, determination and so on. |
