У монографії проаналізовано загальноприйняті та інноваційні підходи до управління якістю підготовки у закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, розкрито сутність поняття конкурентоздатності як соціально-економічного явища. Доведено ефективність структурно-функціональної моделі управління якістю підготовки фахівців, розглянуто питання залучення бізнесу та ради стейкхолдерів до управління якістю, інноваційні погляди у забезпеченні якості професійної підготовки шляхом наближення змісту державних стандартів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти до вимог роботодавців; системної роботи над підвищенням престижності робітничих професій (впровадження інноваційних технологій професійної орієнтації, планування професійного розвитку і кар’єри); розвитку елементів дуальної та змішаної систем навчання; ефективного управління та контролю за навчально-виробничим процесом. Запропоновано ефективні напрями, такі як менторство, створення освітніх кластерів, застосування хаб-технологій, діджиталізація). Обґрунтовано механізми управління якістю професійної освіти і навчання у зарубіжних країнах, проаналізовано систему оцінювання якості, європейську рамку кваліфікацій та питання стандартизації. Видання адресоване науковим та науково-педагогічним працівникам наукових установ та закладів вищої освіти, магістрантам, аспірантам, докторантам, слухачам курсів підвищення кваліфікації та працівникам закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) і фахової передвищої освіти. The monograph analyzes the generally accepted and innovative approaches to training quality management in vocational (vocational) education, reveals the essence of the concept of competitiveness as a socio-economic phenomenon. The effectiveness of the structural and functional model of quality management of training, the issues of involving business and stakeholders in quality management, innovative views in ensuring the quality of training by bringing the content of state standards of vocational (vocational) education to the requirements of employers; systematic work on increasing the prestige of working professions (introduction of innovative technologies of professional orientation, professional development and career planning); development of elements of dual and mixed learning systems; effective management and control over the training and production process. Effective areas are proposed, such as mentoring, creation of educational clusters, application of hub technologies, digitalization). The mechanisms of quality management of vocational education and training in foreign countries are substantiated, the quality assessment system, the European qualifications framework and the issues of standardization are analyzed. The publication is addressed to scientific and scientific-pedagogical employees of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education, undergraduates, graduate students, doctoral students, students of advanced training courses and employees of institutions of professional (vocational) and professional higher education. |
