У статті розглянуто особливості функціонування нової інституції, яка сутнісно залишається на традиційному розумінні пріоритету науково-методичного супроводу, консультуванні, що функціонально виконують методичні кабінети. Аналіз потенціалу методичної роботи в центрах професійного розвитку доцільно здійснювати через діалектичну єдність таких напрямів: буттєвого; ціннісного; пізнавального; практичного. Визначено загрози для реалізації окреслених напрямів, розв’язання яких потребує системної взаємодії громади – освіти – особистості педагога, методиста, консультанта.
The article considers the peculiarities of the functioning of the new institution, which essentially remains on the traditional understanding of the priority of scientific and methodological support, counseling, which functionally perform methodical offices. Analysis of the potential of methodical work in the centers of professional development should be carried out through the dialectical unity of the following areas: existential; value; cognitive; practical. Threats for the implementation of the outlined areas have been identified, the solution of which requires systematic interaction of the community - education - the personality of the teacher, methodologist, consultant. |
