Розділ присвячений актуальній проблемі професійного розвитку вчителів мистецьких дисциплін у післядипломній освіті. Розглянуто особливості професійного розвитку вчителів мистецьких дисциплін в усіх видах навчання: у формальній, неформальній та інформальнійосвіті. Виділено освітні потреби вчителів мистецької галузі щодо професійного розвитку. Описано досвід навчання вчителів на основі тематичних та авторських курсів у формальній освіті. Зазначено освітні потреби вчителя музичного мистецтва, образотворчого мистецтва та інтегрованого курсу «Мистецтво» в умовах післядипломної освіти. Описано актуальні потреби вчителів мистецьких дисциплін щодо використання цифрових технологій в освітній діяльності в умовах закладів загальної середньої освіти. Визначено тематику й освітні потреби вчителів щодо використання цифрових технологій у процесі викладання музичного, образотворчого мистецтва та інтегрованогонавчання. Подано опис досвіду проведення тематичних курсів та авторських дистанційний курсів в освітньому середовищі Google Клас. Описано досвід мережевого самонавчання педагогів. Наведено приклади організації онлайн-конкурсів, виставок, мистецьких мандрівок.
The section is devoted to the topical problem of professional development of teachers of art disciplines in postgraduate education. The peculiarities of professional development of teachers of art disciplines in all types of education are considered: in formal, non-formal and informal education. The educational needs of art teachers for professional development are highlighted. The experience of teaching teachers on the basis of thematic and author's courses in formal education is described. The educational needs of a teacher of music art, fine arts and integrated course "Art" in terms of postgraduate education are indicated. The current needs of teachers of art disciplines regarding the use of digital technologies in educational activities in the conditions of general secondary education are described. The topics and educational needs of teachers for the use of digital technologies in the teaching of music, fine arts and integrated learning are identified. The description of the experience of conducting thematic courses and author's distance courses in the educational environment of Google Class is given. The experience of network self-learning of teachers is described. Examples of organizing online competitions, exhibitions, art trips are given. |
