Навчально-методичний посібник розроблено на допомогу педагогам професійної школи (викладачам загальнотехнічних і спеціальних дисциплін, майстрам виробничого навчання, старшим майстрам, методистам закладів професійної освіти) у процесі формування їхніх професійних знань, умінь і навичок з питань планування, організації та здійснення інноваційної навчально-організаційної і методичної діяльності при опануванні навчальними елементами програм змістових модулів «Сучасні технології навчання професії», «Інноваційна діяльність педагога професійної школи», «Методика впровадження сучасних освітніх практик» робочої програми навчального нормативного модулю 4 «Організаційно-методичні засади професійного навчання у професійних (професійно-технічних) навчальних закладах». У матеріалах посібника розкриваються аспекти розвитку професійної освіти в Україні у контексті євроінтеграційних освітніх процесів, сутність інновацій та їх реалізація у навчально-організаційній діяльності педагогічних працівників шляхом опанування ними методикою впровадження у закладах професійної (професійно- технічної) освіти сучасних освітніх практик на основі компетентнісного підходу. Матеріали навчально-методичного посібника є актуальними для педагогів закладів професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти, які готують фахівців для сфери обслуговування, містять цікаву і корисну інформацію для аудиторної та самостійної роботи, включену в програму курсового підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних працівників закладів професійної освіти за очною, очно-дистанційною та заочною формами на базі Білоцерківського інституту неперервної професійної освіти ДВНЗ «УМО» НАПНУ. The manual has been developed to assist teachers of vocational schools (teachers of general and special disciplines, masters of industrial training, senior masters, methodologists of vocational education institutions) in the process of forming their professional knowledge and skills in planning, organizing and implementing innovative training and methodical activity in mastering the educational elements of programs of content modules "Modern technologies of teaching profession", "Innovative activity of the teacher vocational school "," Methods of implementation of modern educational practices "of the curriculum of the training normative module 4" Organizational and methodological principles of vocational training in vocational (vocational-technical) educational institutions ". The materials of the manual cover aspects of the development of vocational education in Ukraine in the context of European integration educational processes, the essence of innovation and their implementation in educational and organizational activities of pedagogical workers by mastering their method of introduction of modern (professional) vocational education in educational establishments. The materials of the manual are relevant for teachers of vocational education institutions, who prepare specialists for the field of service, contain interesting and useful information for the classroom and independent work, included in the program of course development of pedagogical staff of vocational education institutions, full-time and correspondence forms at the Bila Tserkva Institute of Continuing Professional Education of the State Educational Institution “UMO” of the Ukraine NAPS. |
