Abstract. The problem relevance is determined of the psychological well-being restoration of school counselors in conditions of social changes, innovations in educational institutions of the inclusive education system. Studies of components of the psychological well-being of individual are analyzed. Techniques are presented for carrying out an interview group for school counselors. Directions are determined of psychological assistance to school counselors in their professional activity. Effective techniques are selected for carrying out an interview group in order to restore the psycho-emotional state of psychologists and get more meaningful and versatile ideas about events in their field of activity. Examples are given of application of techniques, exercises, methods of group supervision. The individual-typological characteristics of individual were determined, as well as subjective activity, motivational-needy sphere and environment wherein he/she lives which are interrelated factors in the experience of subjective well-being. The psychotherapeutic techniques, exercises, and strategies of influence are directed to these particular factors. The technique for releasing the point of view of problem from the perspective of focusing in himself/herself of the point of all events that took place, helps to change the vision of own problems of school counselors, attitude of others to his/her problem. Cognitive attribution technique helps to expand own vision of the problem. Keywords: intervision, supervision, school counselor, psychological assistance, psychological well-being. Визначена актуальність проблеми відновлення психологічного благополуччя шкільних психологівв умовах соціальних змін, нововведеньв навчальні заклади системи інклюзивної освіти.Проаналізовані дослідження складових психологічного благополуччя особистості. Представлені методи проведення інтервізійної групи для шкільних психологів. Окреслені напрямки психологічної допомоги шкільним психологамв їх професійній діяльності. Підібрані ефективні методики проведення інтервізійної групидля відновлення психоемоційного стану психологів,більш змістовногота багатостороннього уявлення про події у сфері їх діяльності. Приведені приклади застосування технік, вправ, методик проведення групової супервізії. |
