Навчальне видання включає робочі навчальні програми, конспекти занять та спецкурсів навчальних модулів підвищення кваліфікації, що відповідає освітньо-професійній програмі підвищення кваліфікації керівників, науково-педагогічних та педагогічних працівників із дистанційного навчання та інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, яка базується на компетентнісному підході, поділяє філософію визначення вимог до фахівця, закладену в основу Болонського процесу та в міжнародному Проєкті Європейської Комісії «Гармонізація освітніх структур в Європі» (Tuning Educational Structures in Europe, TUNING). Збірник побудований на діяльнісній основі: до нього включені конспекти лекцій, робочі матеріали щодо підготовлення до тематичних дискусій, семінарів, блоки самоперевірки, творчі питання, тестові та практичні завдання. Для здобувачів освіти, які навчаються на курсах підвищення кваліфікації, викладачів, кураторів-тьюторів Центрального інституту післядипломної освіти ДЗВО «Університет менеджменту освіти». The educational publication includes working curricula, summaries of classes and special courses of in-service training modules, which corresponds to the educational-professional in-service training program for managers, research and teaching staff in distance learning and information and communication technologies, which is based on a competency-based approach. requirements for a specialist, which is the basis of the Bologna Process and in the international project of the European Commission "Harmonization of educational structures in Europe" (Tuning Educational Structures in Europe, TUNING).
