У параграфі відповідно до мети наукової розвідки окреслено вітчизняний та світовий досвід підготовки вчителів в освітньому просторі України. Закцентовано увагу, що заклади вищої освіти України зацікавлені в підготовці вчителів, які б забезпечували кількісну реалізацію завдань обов'язкового навчання й підносили на значно вищий рівень освіченість і культуру громадян. Зазначено, що здійснити професійну підготовку такого вчителя – складне завдання. На перешкоді стають об’єктивні і суб’єктивні фактори, породжені суспільними перетвореннями, технічними здобутками, стереотипами і формалізмом існуючої системи професійної підготовки, мотивованістю і ціннісними орієнтаціями майбутніх педагогів. Наголошено, що у світовому просторі учительська професія належить до найбільш відповідальних. З діяльності представників цього фаху розпочинається складний ланцюг основних взаємопов’язаних процесів, який схематично можна представити так: освітній процесс дітей і молоді – якісна освіта – науковий і техніко-технологічний прогрес – розвиток суспільства. Означений кінцевий результат значною мірою залежить від потенціалу першопоштовху: умінь, зусиль, здібностей та професіоналізму вчителя. Зазначене становить наукову новизну параграфу. З’ясовано, що в сучасному суспільстві ХХІ століття беззаперечними цінностями визнано саморозвиток, самоосвіту, самопроектування, самореалізацію та самоактуалізація особистості, які стали підґрунтям нової парадигми в педагогіці особистісно-орієнтованої освіти. Тому традиційна система професійної підготовки вчителів, незважаючи на всі її позитивні надбання, не є достатньою для задоволення запитів сучасної педагогічної практики. У нових соціально-педагогічних умовах наявною є потреба у вчителях з яскраво вираженою творчою індивідуальністю, які орієнтовані на розвиток особистості кожного учня. Висновки. Встановлено, що процес підготовки майбутнього вчителя на сучасному етапі передбачає такі основні компоненти: загальна підготовка (методологічнорозвиваюча); спеціально-професійна (психолого-педагогічна, меодична); особистісна підготовка (самовиховання особистості майбутнього педагога, його самовизначення). Акцентовано увагу на викликах часу, що зумовили необхідність розроблення Концептуальних засад реформування середньої освіти «Нова українська школа». Документом проголошено збереження цінностей дитинства, необхідність гуманізації навчання, особистісного підходу, розвитку здібностей здобувачів освіти, створення навчальнопредметного середовища. Все це в сукупності забезпечує психологічний комфорт і сприяє вияву творчості дітей. For the purposes of scientific research, the paragraph outlines the domestic and world experience of teacher training in the educational space of Ukraine. The attention is focused on the fact that the higher educational institutions of Ukraine are interested in the training of teachers who ensure the quantitative implementation of the tasks of compulsory education and brought them to a higher level of education and culture of citizens. It is noted that it is a difficult task to carry out professional training of such a teacher. Objective and subjective factors generated by social transformations, technical achievements, stereotypes and formalism of the existing system of professional training, motivation and value orientations of future teachers are on the way. It was noted that in the world space the teaching profession belongs to the most responsible. From activities representatives of this profession begins a complex chain main interrelated processes, which can be schematically to present this way: the educational process of children and youth is of high quality education - scientific and technical and technological progress - development of society. The specified end result largely depends on the potential of the initial impulse: the skills, efforts, abilities and professionalism of the teacher. This constitutes the scientific novelty of the item. It has been established that in modern society of the XXI century self-development, self-education, self-design, self-realization and self-realization of the individual, which became the basis of a new paradigms in the pedagogy of student-centered education. Therefore, the traditional system of professional training of teachers, despite all its positive achievements, is not sufficient to meet the needs of modern teaching practice. IN new social and pedagogical conditions, there is a need for teachers with a pronounced creative personality, which are focused on the development of the personality of each student. Conclusions. It has been established that the process of preparing the future teachers at the present stage provides for the following main components: general training (methodological), specially professional (psychological and pedagogical, methodical) personal training (self-education of the personality of the future teacher, his self-determination). Attention is focused on the challenges of the time, which caused the need to develop a Conceptual Framework reforming secondary education "New Ukrainian School". The document proclaims the preservation of the values of childhood, the need to humanize training, a personal approach, development of the abilities of applicants for education, the creation of a basic subject environment. All this together provides psychological comfort and promotes the manifestation of children's creativity. |
