У статті розкрито ідеї українських педагогів про реформування шкільної освіти в імперську добу (початок ХХ ст. – 1917 р.). Доведено, що вони на сторінках періодичних видань, з’їздах, інших зібраннях розгорнули широкомасштабний дискурс щодо реформування станової позанаціональної загальної середньої освіти задля створення нової української школи на найкращих ідеях вітчизняної та зарубіжної педагогіки. Визначені ними принципи (національний, демократичний, дитиноцентричний та ін.) заклали підвалини нинішньої Нової української школи. Ідеї українських педагогів реалізуються й розвиваються в освітньому процесі незалежної України.
The article reveals the ideas of Ukrainian teachers on the reform of school education in the imperial era (early twentieth century - 1917). It is proved that in the pages of periodicals, congresses and other gatherings they developed a large-scale discourse on reforming the state of non-national general secondary education in order to create a new Ukrainian school based on the best ideas of domestic and foreign pedagogy. The principles defined by them (national, democratic, child-centered, etc.) laid the foundations of the current New Ukrainian School. The ideas of Ukrainian teachers are realized and developed in the educational process of independent Ukraine. |
