За результатами узагальнення і систематизації даних теоретичного та емпіричного вивчення проблеми обґрунтовано концептуальні засади дослідження проблеми стигматизації осіб, груп, меншин у сучасному суспільстві із застосуванням технологічного підходу до проблеми соціально-психологічної підтримки представників меншин, які зазнають стигматизації у різних суспільних та освітніх середовищах. Зміст технологій соціально-психологічної підтримки стигматизовуваних меншин специфіковано в контексті розуміння стигматизації як складного і неоднорідного феномену, що розгортається в часі, проявляється у ситуаціях соціальної взаємодії та визначається і як процес, і як стан, що виражає одночасно причину, результат і його наслідок. Уточнено перелік найбільш стигматизовуваних в українському суспільстві меншин і перелік психологічних чинників стигматизації та умов її виникнення і поширення. Представлено розуміння змісту технології соціально-психологічної підтримки стигматизовуваних меншин та способів її реалізації на когнітивному, емоційному та поведінковому рівнях на основі підбору (залежно від специфіки цільових груп) форм, технік, методів, прийомів, засобів, та впливів, спрямованих на підвищення толерантності, активізацію механізмів емпатії та рефлексивності, підвищення соціальної активності представників стигматизовуваних меншин та поліпшення їхнього соціального самопочуття. Визначено напрямки застосування технології підтримки, в залежності від цільових груп: профілактика та подолання упереджень, домінуючих в суспільстві, підвищення толерантності (реалізація програм дестигматизації через систему освіти та ЗМІ); підвищення професійної компетентності фахівців системи соціально-психологічної служби (програми підвищення кваліфікації, семінари, тренінги); соціальна та психологічна робота фахівців з людьми, що стали об'єктом упереджень та їх найближчим оточенням (підвищення самооцінки стигматизовуваних осіб, корекцію атрибутивного стилю, що забезпечує їх успішну адаптацію в умовах стигматизації). According to the generalized and systematized results of theoretical and empirical study of the problem, the conceptual foundations for the study of persons, groups and minorities stigmatization in modern society are grounded with the application of technological approach to the problem of social and psychological support of minorities’ representatives experiencing stigmatization in different social and educational environments. The content of technologies of social and psychological support of stigmatized minorities is specified in the context of understanding stigma as a complex and heterogeneous phenomenon that unfolds over time, manifests itself in situations of social interaction and is defined as both a process and a state that expresses both cause, result and its consequences. The list of the most stigmatized minorities in Ukrainian society and the list of psychological factors of stigmatization and conditions of its occurrence and distribution are specified. Understanding the content of technology for social and psychological support of stigmatized minorities and ways of its realization at the cognitive, emotional and behavioral levels on the basis of selection (depending on the specificity of the target groups) of forms, techniques, methods, means and influences aimed at enhancing tolerance, actualization of empathy and reflexivity mechanisms, increasing the social activity of representatives of stigmatized minorities and improving their social well-being. The directions of the support technologies application, depending on the target groups, are defined: prevention and overcoming of prejudices prevailing in the society, increase of tolerance (implementation of destigmatization programs through the education system and the media); enhancement of professional competence of specialists in the system of social and psychological service (training programs, seminars etc.); social and psychological work of specialists with people who have become the object of prejudice and their close social environment (increase of stigmatized persons’ self-esteem, correction of attributive style, which ensures their successful adaptation in conditions of stigmatization). |
