Description Оцінка якості реалізації програми раннього втручання повинна будуватися на ефективності програми допомоги кожній конкретній дитини з важкими порушеннями зору та її родини. Для цього процес побудови та реалізації програми раннього втручання повинні бути прозорими як для спеціалістів, так і для родини, а також належним чином зафіксовані.
The assessment of the quality of the implementation of the early intervention program should be based on the effectiveness of the program of assistance to each individual child with severe visual impairments and his family. To do this, the process of building and implementing an early intervention program must be transparent to both professionals and the family, and properly documented.
