Сучасне реформування української школи стверджує необхідність якісного оновлення змісту освіти, забезпечення безперервного процесу становлення та розвитку гармонійної творчої особистості учня. Школа бере на себе місію створення нового освітнього середовища, де панує атмосфера педагогічної творчості вчителів – однодумців, учнів і батьків. Сьогодні школа має готувати не лише носія знань, а й творчу особистість учня, яка здатна використовувати здобуті знання для конкурентоспроможної діяльності у будь-якій сфері суспільного життя. Розвиток у школяра самостійності, здатності до самоорганізації, саморозвитку, самовиховання, самоосвіти – це одне з першочергових завдань сучасної освіти. Школа повинна підтримати, захистити дитину, озброїти механізмами, технологіями розробки життєвих стратегій, спрямованих на формування гармонійної компетентної, конкурентоспроможної особистості, яка вміє творчо розв’язувати проблеми, вміє повноцінно жити у новому світі, адекватно реагувати на зміни, постійно самовдосконалюється, намагається змінити на краще своє життя та життя своєї країни, а саме виховати компетентну особистість учня.
Modern reform of the Ukrainian school affirms the need for qualitative renewal of the content of education, ensuring a continuous process of formation and development of a harmonious creative personality of the student. The school undertakes the mission of creating a new educational environment, where the atmosphere of pedagogical creativity of like-minded teachers, students and parents prevails. Today, the school must prepare not only the carrier of knowledge, but also the creative personality of the student, who is able to use the acquired knowledge for competitive activities in any sphere of public life. The development of a student's independence, ability to self-organization, self-development, self-education, self-education - this is one of the priority tasks of modern education. The school must support, protect the child, equip with mechanisms, technologies for developing life strategies aimed at forming a harmonious competent, competitive personality, able to creatively solve problems, able to live fully in the new world, adequately respond to change, constantly self-improvement, trying to change better his life and the life of his country, namely to bring up a competent personality of the student. |
