The article is dedicated to one of the topical problems of the New Ukrainian School – the development of communicative competence as a professional value of a modern teacher of a general secondary education institution. The structure and components of the concept of "communicative competence of the teacher" are revealed. The present educational situation poses serious demands to the specialists. Among them we can stress out the following ones as the communicative competence of the teacher, which is defined as a system of internal resources for effective solution of professional tasks, namely: positions of communication, roles, stereotypes, settings, knowledge, skills, skills which in a certain way is connected with the integrity of the individual. The acquisition of communicative competence becomes the dominant goal of the teaching activity. Taking into consideration the above mentioned facts we are to admit the necessity of training specialists not only at the courses of professional development of pedagogical workers, but also through creative pedagogical communities on a new conceptual basis where the competent approach is updated. The source of the formation of communicative competence of the teacher of the institution of general secondary education is the schools of innovation of the leading, scientific and pedagogical and pedagogical workers of postgraduate education and their network interaction.
Стаття присвячена одній із актуальних проблем Нової Української школи - розвиток комунікативної компетентності як професіонала значення сучасного вчителя загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Структура та компоненти поняття "комунікативна компетентність вчителя" є виявлено. Нинішня освітня ситуація викликає серйозні вимоги до фахівців. Серед них можна виділити такі як комунікативні компетенції вчителя, що визначається як система внутрішніх ресурсів для ефективного рішення професійних завдань, а саме: позиції спілкування, ролі, стереотипи, налаштування, знання, вміння, навички, які певним чином пов'язані з цілісність особистості. Набуття комунікативної компетенції стає загальною домінуючою метою викладацької діяльності. Враховуючи викладене, згадані факти, ми маємо визнати необхідність підготовки фахівців не лише на базі курси підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних працівників, але також через творчі педагогічні громади на новій концептуальній основі, де компетентні підхід оновлюється. Джерело формування комунікативної компетентності Росії викладачем закладу загальної середньої освіти є школи с інновації провідних, науково-педагогічних та педагогічних працівників Росії післядипломна освіта та їх мережева взаємодія. |
