У тезах розкрито особливості використання субмоделі організації управління опорними закладами освіти в умовах децентралізації та об’єднаних територіальних громад (ОТГ), керівники опорних закладів освіти створили власні моделі управління, в основу яких покладено створену нами субмодель. Теоретичний компонент включає : наукові підходи, закономірності, принципи, чинники і умови, критерії і показники оцінювання; практичний компонент – методичні рекомендації, які має враховувати керівник опорного закладу загальної середньої освіти, створюючи власну модель управління очолюваного їм опорного закладу освіти.
Іn the scientific theses, there is a wide range of peculiarities of the sub-model of the organization of management of the supporting bonds in the minds of the decentralized OTG, the core of the keys of the closing of the laws have adjusted the majority of the management models. The theoretical component includes: scientific approaches, law, principle, officials and thinkers, criteria and indicators; the practical component is the methodological recommendations, such as the possibility of supporting the underlying mortgage of the secondary middle sanctuary, and I model the management of the voluntary basic supporting salary. |
