У статті розглянуто роль організаційної культури у життєдіяльності закладу загальної середньої освіти (далі – ЗЗСО). Трансформаційний процес захопив освітню галузь: відбувається зміна пріоритетів і цінностей, системи управління, змісту освіти, вимог до якості освіти та освітньої діяльності ЗЗСО, йде пошук ресурсів для реалізації поставлених державою завдань[1]. The article considers the role of organizational culture in the life of the general institution secondary education (hereinafter - ZZSO). The transformation process has taken over the education sector: there is a change in priorities and values, management system, content of education, quality requirements education and educational activities ZZSO, there is a search for resources for the implementation of the state tasks [1]. |
