Основними принципами державної інноваційної політики визначено такі: орієнтація на інноваційний шлях розвитку економіки України; визначення державних пріоритетів інноваційного розвитку; формування нормативно-правової бази у сфері інноваційної діяльності; створення умов для збереження, розвитку і використання вітчизняного науковотехнічного та інноваційного потенціалу; забезпечення взаємодії науки, освіти, виробництва, фінансово-кредитної сфери у розвитку інноваційної діяльності.
The main principles of the state innovation policy are defined as follows: orientation on the innovative way of development of the economy of Ukraine; determination of state priorities of innovative development; formation of the regulatory framework in the field of innovation; creation of conditions for preservation, development and use of domestic scientific and technical and innovative potential; ensuring the interaction of science, education, production, financial and credit sphere in the development of innovation. |
