У статті проаналізовано систему розвитку профільного навчання у старшій школі у добу незалежності. Розкрито сутність поняття «профільне навчання» Окреслено мету і завдання профільного навчання. Схарактеризовано принципи, на яких ґрунтується профільне навчання: фуркації; варіативності й альтернативності; наступності та неперервності; гнучкості; діагностико-прогностичної реалізованості. Наведено перелік нормативних документів, що регламентують реформи освіти й загальної середньої освіти в Україні, зокрема: Закон України «Про освіту» (1991); «Концепція середньої загальноосвітньої національної школи України» (1991); «Тимчасове положення про середню загальноосвітню школу України» (1992); «Програма розвитку народної освіти Української РСР на перехідний період (1991–1995 рр.)»; «Концепція становлення мережі середніх закладів освіти для розвитку творчої обдарованості» (1996); «Концепція державного стандарту загальної середньої освіти України» (1997); «Базовий навчальний план середніх закладів освіти України» (1998); Постанова Кабінету Міністрів «Про перехід загальноосвітніх навчальних закладів на новий зміст, структуру і 12-річний термін навчання» (2000 р.); «Національна доктрина розвитку освіти» (2001); Указ Президента України «Про Національну доктрину розвитку освіти» (2002); «Концепція профільного навчання у старшій школі» (2003); «Державна національна програма «Освіта» (Україна ХХІ століття)» (2005); Закон «Про загальну середню освіту» (2010); «Національна стратегія розвитку освіти на період до 2021 року» (2013); «Концепція Нової української школи»(2016); «План пріоритетних дій Уряду до 2020 року» (2017); «Проект концептуальних засад реформування професійної освіти України «Сучасна професійна освіта» (2018) та ін. Окреслено пріоритетні завдання щодо запровадження профільного навчання у шкільну освіту України, які наведені в цих документах. Проаналізовано перспективні ідеї щодо запровадження та розвитку профільного навчання в освіту старшокласників. Окреслено структуру профільної середньої школи. Наведено перелік закладів середньої освіти, що здійснюють підготовку учнів за професійним спрямуванням. In the article the system of development of profile education in the high school in the age of independence is analyzed. The essence of the concept of “profile training” is revealed. The purpose and tasks of profile training are outlined. The principles on which profile training is based are characterized: furcation; variability and alternatives; continuity and continuity; flexibility; diagnostic and prognostic feasibility. The list of normative documents regulating the reform of education and general secondary education in Ukraine, in particular: Law of Ukraine “On Education” (1991); “Concept of secondary comprehensive national school of Ukraine” (1991); “Provisional Regulation on Secondary School of Ukraine” (1992); “Program for the Development of Public Education of the Ukrainian SSR for the Transition Period (1991–1995)”; “The concept of becoming a network of secondary education institutions for the development of creative talent” (1996); “Concept of the State Standard of General Secondary Education of Ukraine” (1997); “Basic Curriculum of Secondary Education Establishments of Ukraine” (1998); Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the Transition of General Educational Institutions to a New Content, Structure and 12-Year Study Period” (2000); The National Doctrine of Educational Development (2001); Presidential Decree “On the National Doctrine of Educational Development” (2002); “Concept of profile education in high school” (2003); State National Program “Education” (21st Century Ukraine) (2005); Law on General Secondary Education (2010); National Strategy for the Development of Education for the Period until 2021 (2013); “Concept of the New Ukrainian School” (2016); Government Priority Action Plan for 2020 (2017); “Draft Conceptual Framework for the Reform of Vocational Education in Ukraine” Contemporary Vocational Education” (2018) and others. Priority tasks for introduction of profile education in school education of Ukraine, which are given in these documents, are outlined. Perspective ideas on introduction and development of profile education into the education of high school students are analyzed. The structure of the profile high school is outlined. The list of secondary education institutions providing training for vocational students is givenn. |
