У тезах визначено, що для учнів старших класів поступово вводилося тестування замість вступних іспитів до закладів вищої освіти; утворено Український центр оцінювання якості освіти й започатковано зовнішнє незалежне оцінювання (тест ЗНО) з української мови, математики та історії України, які були обов’язковими для вступу в заклад вищої освіти, а інші дисципліни, що необхідні для вступу до закладу вищої освіти абітурієнти мали можливість обрати за власним бажанням. The theses indicate that for high school students testing was gradually introduced instead of entrance examinations to higher education institutions; the Ukrainian center for assessing the quality of education was established and external independent assessment (UPE test) was launched in the Ukrainian language, mathematics and history of Ukraine, which were mandatory for entering a higher education institution, and other disciplines necessary for entering an institution applicants had the opportunity to choose higher education. |
