У тезах встановлено, що емоційний інтелект підвищує соціальну ефективність особистості. Чим вищий емоційний інтелект, тим кращі соціальні зв’язки. Індивід з високим емоційним інтелектом може краще сприймати емоції, використовувати їх у мисленні, розуміти їх суть, а також керувати емоціями. Показано, що для вирішення емоційних проблем потрібні менше пізнавальних зусилля для такої людини. Така людина, як правило, знаходиться на найвищому рівні у вербальному, соціальному та іншому інтелекті. In the theses it is established that emotional intelligence increases the social efficiency of an individual. The higher the emotional intelligence, the better the social connections. An individual with high emotional intelligence can better perceive emotions, use them in thinking, understand their essence, and also manage emotions. It is shown that solving emotional problems requires less cognitive effort for such an individual. Such an individual tends to be at the highest level in verbal, social and other intelligence. |
