У дослідженні виявлено, що реформа структури системи освіти в Польщі була розпочата наприкінці 2016 року, після прийняття «Закону про освіту» та Закону «Положення про введення Закону про освіту». Вона в першу чергу була спрямована на подальшу модернізацію шкільної освіти країни. З’ясовано, що впровадження реформи відбуватиметься з 1 вересня 2017 року до 2022/24 навчальні роки. Виявлено, що імплементація реформи структури освіти серед іншого передбачає запровадження 8-річної початкової школи та ліквідацію гімназій. З’ясовано, що у Закон «Карта вчителя» впродовж 2018-2019рр. були внесені відповідні доповнення та поправки. Мета змін – це підвищення престижності педагогічної професії, осучаснення стандартів праці для вчителів та запровадження оновлених правил щодо отримання відповідного професійного рівня для вчителя.
The study found that the reform of the structure of the education system in Poland was launched in late 2016, after the adoption of the "Law on Education" and the Law "Regulations on the introduction of the Law on Education." It was primarily aimed at further modernization of school education in the country. It was found that the implementation of the reform will take place from September 1, 2017 to the 2022/24 academic years. It was found that the implementation of the reform of the structure of education, among other things, involves the introduction of 8-year primary school and the liquidation of gymnasiums. It was found that the Law "Teacher's Card" during 2018-2019. appropriate additions and amendments were made. The purpose of the changes is to increase the prestige of the teaching profession, modernize labor standards for teachers and introduce updated rules for obtaining the appropriate professional level for teachers. |
