Description В статті розглядається коучинг як інноваційна та ефективна технологія особистісного і професіонального розвитку персоналу. Виокремлено та проаналізовано три типові види коучингу, що використовуються у вітчизняній практиці: персональний, бізнес, корпоративний; проілюстровано їх використання на прикладах з зарубіжного та українського досвіду.
The article highlights coaching as one of the innovative and effective educational technologies in continuous vocational education and training. In Ukrainian educational market coach services are not diverse like the foreign ones. Hence, the authors addressed the foreign coach experience to identify the progressive ideas to be implemented. Firstly, the related scientific literature was reviewed and the analysis of the term «coaching» was made. Secondly, the attitude of Ukrainian companies to the use of coaching for personal and professional staff development was analyzed. It was found out that there are 3 ways why the companies apply coaching: because it is a fashion, with preference to traditional trainings, in complex with other educational technologies to have the best results in developing company’s and each person’ potential. In this context, there were also distinguished and described 3 stereotypes which prevent company leaders from using coaching in staff training. Thirdly, the types of coaching and their classifications were considered, on the basis of which it was discovered that Ukrainian companies apply the following most typical kinds of coaching: personal, business and corporate. Their characteristics were substantiated; the similar and different features were identified; the advantages of every type were underlined; the best practice examples of using personal, business and corporate coaching were demonstrated from foreign and domestic experience. Finally, the perspectives for further research were outlined.
