У тезах обґрунтовано: теоретико-методологічні підходи до визначення поняття “якість освіти”; системні параметри якості освіти; врахування принципу екології освітнього процесу; концепцію вищого навчального закладу як соціального інституту і механізму соціалізації молоді; ідею початку переходу до четвертої хвилі еволюції людства; доцільність кредитно-модульної системи організації навчального процесу в підвищенні кваліфікації педагогічних кадрів; системи (моделі) підготовки керівників до оцінювання результатів діяльності загальноосвітнього навчального закладу. Науковці здійснили філософський вимір якості вищої освіти в стратегії розвитку суспільства та економічний аналіз і кількісну оцінку результативності освітніх послуг; зокрема визначено критерії їх вартості.
Theses substantiate: theoretical and methodological approaches to the definition of the concept of "quality of education"; systematic parameters of quality of education; taking into account the principle of ecology of the educational process; the concept of higher education as a social institution and a mechanism for youth socialization; the idea of beginning the transition to the fourth wave of human evolution; expediency of credit-modular system of organization of educational process in advanced training of pedagogical staff; systems (models) of preparation of managers for evaluating the results of the activity of a comprehensive educational institution. Scientists have carried out a philosophical measurement of the quality of higher education in the strategy of social development and economic analysis and quantitative evaluation of the effectiveness of educational services; in particular, the criteria for their value are defined. |
