У статті розкрито наукові підходи до постановки та вирішення проблем формування конкурентоспроможного фахівця в галузі практичної психології; психолого-педагогічні умови, впровадження яких у навчальний процес ВНЗ допоможе викладачеві забезпечити ефективність формування професійних знань, умінь та якостей практичного психолога; запропоновано комплексну характеристику особистості практичного психолога як конкурентоспроможного фахівця.
The article highlights the question the theory, methodology and psychodidactic basis of preparation the practical psychologist in two aspects. On the one hand it deals with methodological and theoretical basis of content systemic projection, form and methods of teaching students to become psychologists. On the other hand, their implementation into educational process of preparation is taken into account which is realised on the basis of scientific approaches and general and specific psychodidactic principles of teaching the profession of psychologists in the frame of university education. |
