Description У статті розкрито реформування початкової освіти, що
визначалося наступними факторами: потребами економічного (промислова революція, аграрна криза) та соціального розвитку, рівнем розвитку науки та техніки, а також необхідністю створення чіткого нормативного регулювання для контролю та
впливу на масову освіту та розвитку технічної освіти.
The article describes the reform of primary education that
was determined by the following factors: needs of economic ( industrial revolution, agrarian crisis) and social development, the level of development of science and technology, and also the need to create a clear regulatory controls to control and influence on mass education and development technical education.
