У статті актуалізовано проблему формування мовленнєвої компетентності як однієї із важливих складових комунікативної, що є запорукою успіху особистості у сучасному суспільстві. Авторами експліковано поняття мовної, мовленнєвої, соціокультурної та комунікативної компетентностей, проаналізовано компонентну структуру комунікативної компетентності. Крім того, окреслено основні вимоги до змісту підручника української мови для ЗЗСО з навчанням мовами національних меншин. Розглянуто деякі аспекти дидактично-методичних можливостей навчальної книги як засобу формування мовленнєвої компетентності молодших школярів у процесі вивчення української мови як державної.
The article actualizes the problem of formation of speech competence as one of the important components of communicative, which is the key to the success of the individual in the modern society. Today is characterized by dynamic development, the presence of multi-vector information space, which affects the ways of interpersonal contact and qualitative characteristics of broadcasting. The facts cited in the publication substantiate the priority of speech development of educational recipients. The authors explained the concept of linguistic, speech, sociocultural and communicative competences, analyzed the component structure of communicative competence. New realities of the educational process, based on the competence approach, the need to ensure the quality of education, adequate to the needs of the individual in the modern information space, understanding the changes in the environment in which a child grows and develops, objectively cause the updating of not only the content but also the technologies of learning, its methods, forms and means, including the textbook. The article outlines the basic requirements for the content of the Ukrainian language textbook for general secondary education institutions with minority languages. In particular, the importance of taking into account the psychological features of mastering the second language, the results of comparative analysis of the language systems of Ukrainian and native languages, improving the methods of presentation of language material in terms of its communicative importance, setting of educational tasks, as well as the correspondence of the content of text, illustrative and audio content modern schoolchildren. Some aspects of didactic and methodological possibilities of the educational book are considered as a means of forming the speech competence of the younger students in the process of studying Ukrainian as a state language. Attention is focused on the need to provide a logically motivated correlation of theoretical and practical material aimed at developing the skills of productive speech communication. В статье актуализирована проблема формирования речевой компетентности как одной из важных составляющих коммуникативной, что является залогом успеха личности в современном обществе. Авторами эксплицировано понятие языковой, речевой, социокультурной и коммуникативной компетентностей, произведен анализ компонентной структуры коммуникативной компетентности. Кроме того, определены основные требования к содержанию учебника украинского языка для школ с обучением на языках национальных меньшинств. Рассмотрены некоторые аспекты дидактико-методических возможностей учебной книги как средства формирования речевой компетентности младших школьников в процессе изучения украинского языка как государственного. |
