Стаття присвячена одній з актуальних проблем розвитку педагогічної майстерності вчителя музичного мистецтва за неформальної освіти. Зокрема, розглядаються інноваційні форми навчання вчителів за неформальної освіти, їх переваги та перспективи розвитку. Розкривається значення науково-педагогічного супроводу навчання в неформальній освіті. Основна увага зосереджується на використанні цифрових технологій у процесі навчання вчителів в умовах неформальної освіти, їх значенні у формуванні професійної компетентності фахівців і розвитку педагогічної майстерності. Розглядаються особливості процесу використання цифрових інструментів у процесі неформальної освіти. На основі аналізу вітчизняного досвіду безперервного навчання вчителів узагальнюються ідеї щодо розвитку педагогічної майстерності вчителів музичного мистецтва за неформальної освіти.
The article is devoted to one of the topical issues of the development of pedagogic skills of a music teacher in the context of non-formal education. In particular, it presents innovative forms of teachers training under the framework of non-formal education, marks their advantages and prospects for the development. It is determined the significance of academic maintenance of training in non-formal education. The author focuses on the use of digital technologies in the training of teachers under the conditions of non-formal education as a form of postgraduate teacher training, their importance in shaping the professional competence of specialists and the development of pedagogical skills. The article considers special aspects of using digital tools in non-formal education. Based on the domestic experience in the ongoing education of music teachers, the best ideas for the development of pedagogical skills of music teachers in the context of non-formal education are generalized. |
