Відзначено, що проблеми кібербезпеки не зводяться лише до технічних аспектів захисту інформаційних ресурсів, у повному обсязі вони мають включати такі види захисту: правові, технічні, інформаційні, організаційні та психологічні. Важливим аспектом формування компетентності людини в цифровому просторі має бути культура кібербезпеки, яка є складником цифрової компетентності.
It is noted that cybersecurity concerns are not limited to the technical aspects of the protection of information resources, they should fully include the following types of protection: legal, technical, information, organizational and psychological. An important aspect of building a person's competence in the digital space is the cybersecurity culture that is a component of the digital competence. |
