Стаття присвячена висвітленню проблем розвитку педагогічної майстерності вчителів музичного мистецтва в неформальній освіті на основі використання цифрових технологій. Розглянуто сутність поняття неформальна освіта та подано опис розповсюджених форм навчання вчителів в неформальній освіті. Описано особливості дистанційного навчання та досвід навчання педагогів на основі додатків Google. Розглянуто переваги організації навчання за допомогою веб-сервісу Google Classroom. Висвітлено досвід організації навчання педагогів, описано зміст та технології навчання в авторському дистанційному курсі. Зроблено висновки про ефективні форми навчання та доцільні цифрові інструменти організації неформальної освіти вчителів музичного мистецтва з розвитку педагогічної майстерності.
The article is devoted to the problems of the development of pedagogical mastery of teachers of musical art in informal education based on using of digital technologies. The essence of the concept of informal education is considered and the description of the common forms of teaching of teachers in informal education is described. The features of distance learning and the experience of teaching teachers based on Google applications are described. The benefits of learning through the Google Classroom web service are considered. This article describes the experience of organizing teaching of teachers and the content and technologies of teaching in the author's distance course. Conclusions about effective forms of education and appropriate digital tools for organizing informal education of teachers of musical art on the development of pedagogical mastery are made. |
