У статті наведено данні емпіричного дослідження, яке виявило базові особливості взаємодії спільноти з медіа. Виявлено п’ять психологічних особливостей взаємодії спільноти з медіа, які мають різний рівень прояву залежно від віку, матеріального забезпечення, найбільш вживаного медіа тощо. Взаємодія з медіа через «патерналістсько-негативістську» особливість характеризується негативним ставлення до споживаного медіаконтенту і перекладанні відповідальності за нього на державу. Тоді як «уникаюча» особливість спирається на бажання особи свідомо обмежити себе у використанні медіа для уникнення потрапляння на медіаконтент, що пов’язаний з воєнним конфліктом. Прояв таких особливостей більш притаманний спільнотам з низьким рівнем матеріального забезпечення і які використовують медіа, що залучають російське телебачення і соціальні мережі Вконтакте і Однокласники. Такі особливості взаємодії з медіа як «раціонально-емпатійна» і «споглядацька» характеризуються оперуванням широким масивом медіаконтенту, раціональним оцінюванням споживаної інформації або її накопичення для формування подальшого ставлення. Такі особливості частіше проявлені в спільнотах з середнім і високим рівнем матеріального забезпечення, де провідними медіазвичками є використання Інтернету для пошуку новин, соціальні мережі Facebook і Twitter, а також онлайн перегляд телебачення. «Емоційно-інтуїтивна» особливість спирається на сталі звички застосування медіа, які продукують емоційні реакції на споживаний медіаконтент у вигляді прояву жалю, співчуття, співпереживання. Ця особливість притаманна спільноті яка використовує загальнонаціональне телебачення і не має життєвого досвіду взаємодії з вразливими групами населення (внутрішньо переміщені особи, учасники бойових дій тощо). Визначено базові вектори адаптації спільноти до умов і наслідків воєнного конфлікту в процесі взаємодії з медіа: продуктивний вектор, який характеризується раціональним використанням медіа та емпатійним ставленням до внутрішньо переміщених осіб, а також споглядальною позицією, що проявляється у використанні різноманітних медіа для накопичення інформації та у нейтральній оцінці медіаконтенту, що споживається; вектор адаптації з деструктивними проявами, зміст якого визначається патерналістським ставленням до медіаконтенту, його хаотичним споживанням, негативним ставленням до переселених осіб і перекладанням відповідальності на державні інституції; проміжний адаптаційний вектор, особливостями якого є емоційно-інтуїтивна позиція, що виявляється в інтуїтивному пошуку і взаємодії з медіаконтентом, а ставлення до соціально-політичних подій в країні ґрунтується на емоційних факторах (співпереживання, співчуття, жалість). The article presents an empirical study that revealed the basic peculiarities of the community interaction with media. Five psychological peculiarities of community interaction with the media. Interaction with the media through the «paternalistic-negative» peculiarity is characterized by a negative attitude to the consumption of media content and the transfer of responsibility for it to the government. While the «avoidance» peculiarity is based on the desire of a person to deliberately, limit himself to using media to avoid getting into a media content that is related to a military conflict. The displaying of such peculiarity is more common to communities with a low level of material support and use the media such Russian television and social networks VKontakte and Odnoklasniki. Such peculiarities of interaction with the media as «rational-empathy» and «observed» are characterized by the operation of a wide array of media content, rational assessment of the information consumed or its accumulation to form a further relation. Such features are more common in medium and high-level material provision communities where the use of the Internet for news search, Facebook and Twitter social networking, and online TV viewing are the leading media literate. The «emotional and intuitive» peculiarity is based on the steady habits of the media, which produce emotional responses to the consumed media content in the form of display pity, compassion and empathy. This peculiarity is inherent in a community that uses national TV and does not have a life experience of interaction with vulnerable groups of the population (internally displaced persons, combatants, etc.). The basic vectors of community adaptation to the conditions and consequences of a military conflict in the process of interaction with the media are defined. A productive vector characterized by rational use of the media and the empathy of internally displaced persons, as well as a contemplative position that manifests itself in the use of various media for the accumulation of information and in a neutral estimation of consumed medical consumption. The vector of adaptation with destructive manifestations, the content of which is determined by the paternalistic attitude to media content, its chaotic consumption, the negative attitude towards the displaced persons and the transfer of responsibility to the state institutions. An intermediate adaptation vector, features of which is the emotional and intuitive position, which is displayed in the intuitive search and interaction with media content, and the attitude to socio-political events in the country is based on emotional factors (empathy, compassion, and pity). |
