У статті обґрунтовано зміст формування культури безпеки професійної діяльності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників у загальнонауковому вимірі, тобто в контексті філософських, соціологічних, культурологічних, екологічних, економічних та психолого-педагогічних аспектів. Зазначено, що одним з пріоритетних завдань освіти в галузі безпеки є виховання в майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників мислення, заснованого на глибокому усвідомленні принципів безпечного перетворення навколишнього середовища та найголовніших цінностей – здоров’я та життя людини. Проаналізовано проблематику дослідження у площині діалектичних законів (єдності і боротьби протилежностей, взаємного переходу кількісних змін у якісні та заперечення заперечення). Підкреслено, що до її комплексного вивчення доцільно підходити з позицій: гносеології (розкриття причин виникнення проблем безпеки та походження їхніх джерел); аксіології (виховання головних суспільних цінностей – здоров’я і життя людей, збереження навколишнього середовища тощо); онтології (пізнання й осмислення сутті культури безпеки та її розвитку); філософської антропології (системне вивчення й обґрунтування відповідних механізмів формування та розвитку культури безпеки в людини); праксеології (формування у майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників стратегій і моделей безпечної професійної поведінки). Визначено, що складовими формування культури безпеки професійної діяльності майбутніх кваліфікованих робітників в закладах професійної (професійно-технічної) освіти є: ціннісне ставлення та прагнення до опанування культурою безпеки професійної діяльності; теоретичні та практичні знання в цій галузі; вміння та навички професійної діяльності на її засадах; розвиток професійно значущих якостей, важливих для опанування нею. The article substantiates the content of the formation of the safety culture of professional activity of future skilled workers in the general scientific dimension in the context of philosophical, sociological, cultural, environmental, economic, psychological and pedagogical aspects. It is noted that one of the priority tasks of education in the field of security is the education of future skilled workers based on a deep awareness of the principles of safe transformation of the environment and the most important values - human health and life. The problems of research from the point of of dialectical laws (unity and struggle of opposites, the mutual transition of quantitative changes in qualitative and denial of negation) are analyzed. It was emphasized that it is expedient to approach from the standpoint of its comprehensive study: epistemology (disclosure of the causes of security problems and the origin of their sources); axiology (education of the main social values - health and life of people, preservation of the environment, etc.); ontology (knowledge and comprehension of the essence of the culture of security and its development); philosophical anthropology (systematic study and substantiation of the corresponding mechanisms of formation and development of the culture of security in a person); praxeology (formation of strategies and models of safe professional behavior for future skilled workers). It was determined that the components of the formation of the safety culture of future qualified workers in professional (vocational) education institutions are: the value attitude and the desire to learn the culture of professional security; theoretical and practical knowledge in this field; skills and skills of professional activity on its basis; the development of professionally relevant qualities important to master it. |
