У статті розглянуто особливості навчання дорослих у системі неперервної освіти, проаналізовано поняття неперервної освіти. Акцентовано увагу на психологічній спрямованості неперервної освіти. Розкрито основні аспекти всебічного розвитку особистості, що здійснюється впродовж усього життя. Обґрунтовано психологічні закономірності навчання на етапі зрілості, серед яких: відбір організаційних форм навчання, методів і прийомів, індивідуальних і групових варіантів роботи з дорослими. Висвітлено психологію дорослих, що тісно поєднана з освітою дорослих як комплексом процесів формального та неформального навчання. Проаналізовано освіту дорослих як важливу складову неперервної освіти,а також чинники, які впливають на ставлення дорослих до освіти та розкривають форми спільної освітньої діяльності і роль самоосвіти в освіті дорослих.
The article deals with the features of adult education in the system of continuous education, the concept of continuous education is analyzed. Emphasis is placed on the psychological orientation of continuing education. The basic aspects of the all-round development of a person's life-long life are revealed. The psychological regularities of studying at the stage of maturity are substantiated, among them: selection of organizational forms of teaching, methods and techniques, individual and group variants of work with adults. The psychology of adults is closely covered, which is closely connected with adult education as a complex of formal and formal processes. non-formal learning. Adult education is analyzed as an important component of lifelong learning, as well as factors that influence adults' attitudes toward education and reveal forms of co-educational activities and the role of self-education in adult education. |
