В статті представлений аналіз можливостей віртуального простору для діяльності дитячих громадських організацій Визначено, що віртуальний простір забезпечує можливість реалізації певних аспектів діяльності громадських організацій, а саме: побудови різних типів публічних стратегій та відносин; полегшення внутрішньої та зовнішньої комунікацій активістських груп, організації колективних дій та розширення зв'язків між активістами. Метою статті є аналіз сучасних досліджень та вивчення наукового досвіду з тематики використання віртуального простору для діяльності дитячих громадських організацій. Для досягнення мети та вирішення завдань дослідження було використано методи наукового теоретичного, емпіричного та статистичного аналізу для зведення й обробки даних. У процесі пілотажної експертизи виявлено основні тенденції у використанні Глобальної мережі громадськими організаціями українського сегменту Інтернету. Проаналізувавши значний обсяг матеріалу, автор приходить до висновку, що веб-простір є потенційно потужним ресурсом для діяльності дитячих громадських організацій, який майже не використовується в українському сегменті глобальної мережі, але за допомогою якого можна не лише інформувати про власну діяльність, але й формувати громадську думку, залучаючи велику кількість учасників до своїх проектів, а, отже,й впливати на динаміку соціальних змін у суспільстві. Автором також розглянуті перспективи використання можливостей віртуального простору у діяльності дитячих громадських організацій, а саме, створення осередків віртуальних організацій, які взагалі не зафіксовані в українському Інтернеті, але активно функціонують у Всесвітній глобальній мережі. The article presents an analysis of the possibilities of virtual space for the activities of children's community organizations. It is determined that virtual space provides the opportunity to implement certain aspects of the activities of public organizations, namely: the construction of various types of public strategies and relationships; facilitating internal and external communication of activist groups, organizing collective actions and expanding ties between activists. The purpose of the article is to analyze modern research and study of scientific experience on the use of virtual space for the activities of children's public organizations. In order to achieve the goal and to solve the research tasks, methods of scientific theoretical, empirical and statistical analysis for data mining and processing were used. In the process of pilot examination revealed the main trends in the use of the Global Network by public organizations of the Ukrainian segment of the Internet. After analyzing a considerable amount of material, the author concludes that the web space is a potentially powerful resource for the activities of children's public organizations, which is almost not used in the Ukrainian segment of the global network, but with the help of which it is possible not only to inform about its own activities, but also to form a public thinking, involving a large number of participants in their projects, and, consequently, influencing the dynamics of social change in society. The author also considers the prospects of using the possibilities of virtual space in the activities of children's public organizations, namely the creation of cells of virtual organizations that are not recorded at all in the Ukrainian Internet, but are active in the World Wide Web. |
