На основі згрупованих акуталітетів (законодавчі, безпекові, глобалістики, наукові, освітні) обґрунтовано напрями вагомих зрушень у процесі підвищення кваліфікації педагогічних працівників (ПКПП) для продуктивного розв'язання проблеми модернізації загальної середньої освіти ХХI ст. з позиції суб’єктності. Здійснено інтеграцію філософсько-соціологічних, психолого-педагогічних підходів до визначення поняття «суб’єктність» (загальне), «суб’єктність педагога» (конкретне); визначено через суб’єктність педагога ключові тенденції модернізації вітчизняної освіти ХХI ст. у секторі загальної середньої освіти; окреслено значущі проблеми й виклики ПКПП, які перешкоджають з позиції суб’єктності модернізації загальної середньої освіти.
On the basis of grouped acuality (legislative, security, globalization, scientific, educational) the directions of significant changes in the process of professional development of pedagogical workers (SCP) for a productive solution of the problem of modernization of general secondary education of the XXI century were substantiated. from the standpoint of subjectivity. The integration of philosophical and sociological, psychological and pedagogical approaches to the definition of the concept of "subjectivity" (general), "teacher's subjectivity" (concrete); due to the teacher's subjectivity the key tendencies of modernization of the national education of the XXI century are determined. in the sector of general secondary education; outlined the significant problems and challenges of the SCP, which hinder the position of subjectivity of modernization of general secondary education. |
