В статті визначено особливості підтримки психологів, організаторів роботи в умовах інклюзивної освіти, профілактика професійного вигорання (надання супервізії психологам, організація інтервізорських груп).Залучення до психологічного супроводу тих психологів, які мають особистий досвід виховання дітей з особливими потребами.
The article defines the features of support for psychologists, organizers of work in inclusive education, prevention of professional burnout (providing supervision to psychologists, organization of intervisional groups). Involvement in the psychological support of those psychologists who have personal experience in the education of children with special needs. |
