Стаття присвячена впровадженню та реалізації інноваційних методів навчання при підготовці фахівців передвищої освіти. Метою будь-якої освітньої системи визначено процеси навчання, виховання і розвиток особистості, а їх показниками - позитивний результат, який сьогодні в професійній освіті розглядається через якісну підготовку фахівця. Система фахової передвищої освіти не є винятком, а інновації є невід'ємною її частиною. Зокрема, у статті, розкривається сутність понять «інновація», «інноваційний потенціал» та «інноваційна діяльність» стосовно до освітньої системи нового змісту, нових методів навчання та передбаченого в Україні законодавства «Про пріоритетні напрями інноваційної діяльності». Обгрунтування ефективності запровадження інновацій в фахову передвищу освіту дозволить вирішити суперечності між традиційною системою і потребами в якісно нову освіту. Пропонується застосування педагогічних новацій, а також системи рекомендацій для теоретиків і практиків щодо пізнання інноваційних освітніх процесів в освіті та управління ними в системі фахової передвищої освіти для сприяння реалізації основних задач соціально-економічного та культурного розвитку суспільства, підготовки людини до активної діяльності в різних сферах економічного, культурного, політичного життя. Аналізуються різні підходи до змісту цих понять та рекомендації, які, можливо, стануть допоміжним засобом для досягнення підвищення інноваційного потенціалу вітчизняної освіти при реалізації програм підготовки майбутніх спеціалістів будівельної, аграрної та машинобудівної галузей. Висвітлюються структурні компоненти, критерії, показники (організаційно-аксіологічний, комунікативний, креативний) та рівні сформованості досліджуваного явища. Визначено вагомий інструмент підвищення якості системи фахової передвищої освіти, яким виступає інноваційний потенціал, впровадження та реалізація якого в результаті взаємодії з наукою і бізнесом, поставлено основні завдання забезпечення системи фахової передвищої освіти інформаційними та комунікаційними технологіями, сформовано механізм реалізації інноваційного потенціалу навчальних закладів фахової передвищої освіти, запропоновано схему реалізації інновацій в освітній процес за допомогою впровадження нових освітніх послуг. The article is devoted to the introduction and implementation of innovative teaching methods in the preparation of specialists in higher education. The purpose of any educational system is to determine the processes of education, upbringing and development of the individual, and their indicators - a positive result, which today is considered in professional education through qualitative specialist training. The system of professional higher education is no exception, and innovation is an integral part of it. In particular, the article reveals the essence of the concepts of "innovation", "innovation potential" and "innovation activity" in relation to the educational system of new content, new teaching methods and the legislation in Ukraine "On Priority Areas of Innovation". Substantiation of efficiency of introduction of innovations in professional higher education will allow resolving the contradictions between the traditional system and the needs for qualitatively new education. The use of pedagogical innovations, as well as a system of recommendations for theorists and practitioners on the knowledge of innovative educational processes in education and management in the system of professional tertiary education is offered to facilitate the realization of the basic tasks of socio-economic and cultural development of society, preparation of a person for active activity in various spheres of economic, cultural, political life. Different approaches to the content of these concepts and recommendations are analyzed, which may be an auxiliary tool for achieving the improvement of innovative potential of national education in the implementation of training programs for future specialists in the construction, agrarian and mechanical engineering sectors. Structural components, criteria, indicators (organizational-axiological, communicative, and creative) and levels of formation of the studied phenomenon are highlighted. A significant tool for improving the quality of the system of professional tertiary education, which acts as an innovative potential, introduction and realization of which as a result of interaction with science and business, defines the main tasks of providing the system of professional tertiary education with information and communication technologies, has formed a mechanism for the implementation of innovative institutional capacity of innovative power education. , a scheme for the implementation of innovations in the educational process through the introduction of new educational services. |
