Функціонування опорних закладів освіти передбачає проведення системних змін в організаційній структурі школи, налагодження нових горизонтальних і вертикальних зв’язків, тісної взаємодії школи з владою і громадою, оновлення змісту освітнього процесу, активне впровадження демократичної моделі управління. Однією із найбільш ефективних моделей функціонування системи освіти територій стане створення освітніх кластерів, центрами яких є опорні школи. Освітній кластер автором розглядається як сукупність суб’єктів освітньої, господарської, громадської діяльності, які добровільно об’єднуються в єдину організаційну структуру, зберігаючи статус юридичних осіб, знаходяться у взаємозв’язку і взаємозалежності з метою створення повноцінних умов навчання, виховання й розвитку учнів закладу, забезпечення інноваційного розвитку опорної школи. До складу освітнього кластеру можуть входити як формальні, так і неформальні організації різних сфер діяльності й рівнів підпорядкування.
Functioning of basic (hub) school provides for systematic changes in the organizational structure of the school, establishing new horizontal and vertical links, close interaction of the school with the authorities and the community, updating the content of the educational process, active implementation of a democratic model of governance. One of the most effective models of functioning of the territory education system will be the creation of educational clusters centered on basic schools. The educational cluster is considered by the author as a set of subjects of educational, economic, public activity, who voluntarily unite in a single organizational structure, preserving the status of legal entities, are interconnected and interdependent for the purpose of creating complete conditions for education, upbringing and development of students of the institution, providing innovative development of the basic school. The educational cluster can include both formal and informal organizations of different fields of activity and levels of subordination. |
